EVENT DESCRIPTION: 2-day Senior Cadet development workshop / Fall Ex planning.
REQUIRED CADETS: Level 5 Cadets (L4 qualified and up).
EVENT
LOCATION: Camp Seedrioru, 6338 8th Line W, Centre Wellington, ON.
TRANSPORTATION: Parental drop-off / carpooling.
ARRIVAL TIME: Friday 27 Sep between 1900 – 2100hrs, or Saturday 28 Sep between 0800 – 0830hrs.
END TIME: Sunday 29 Sep, 1530hrs.

DRESS CODE: DEUs with ribbons, Field Training Uniform (with beret), appropriate civilian attire, and physical training attire (see kit list below).
OTHER NOTES: Cadets arriving Saturday morning must eat breakfast at home.
All other meals will be provided.

Kit List
Dress Elemental Uniform (Sat 28 Sep)
– wedge
– shirt w/slip-on ranks & ribbons (if applicable)
– tie
– v-neck undershirt
– name tag
– tunic
– belt
– trousers
– grey/black socks
– ankle boots
– coat (issue or civilian, lest we experience cool weather)

Field Training Uniform (Sun 29 Sep)
– beret
– navy blue t-shirt
– olive drab shirt/jacket w/ name tape
– olive drab trousers
– belt
– socks
– boots
– sunhat
– coat (issue or civilian, lest we experience cool weather or rain)

Civilian Attire
– appropriate for Friday & Saturday evening free-time (can be PT gear)

Athletic Attire (for Sunday morning)
– t-shirt
– shorts (must be within hand-width of the knee)
– sweats, tops & bottoms
– running shoes

Others
– undergarments (2 days)
– socks (2 days)
– sleep wear
– rain gear
– snivel kit (cozy warm clothes – scarf, toque, gloves, etc.)

Accommodation & Training
– sleeping bag, pillow, sleep rest (foam/air mattress, etc)
– toiletries (dental hygiene, deodorant, face cloth, hair brush, etc)
– prescription medication (if applicable, turn in to Capt Fleming)
– writing utensils (pens, pencils, etc)
– notebook, paper, etc.

Optional Items
– laptop computer (for lessons)
– bagpipes/drums/other musical instruments

Although not prohibited, it is recommended that cadets do not bring valuables with them such as personal electronics, jewelry, cameras, etc. Mobile phones may be brought, however are not to be used during the course of the training day. Power outlets for their charging are limited also.
